Since joining McKeon Brothers just over a year ago, Conor Caulfield has become an integral part of our operations team. With a calm, collaborative approach and a sharp eye for detail, he plays a key role in coordinating complex project delivery across some of our most challenging sites.
Conor brings with him nearly a decade of hands-on experience in the delivery of large-scale mechanical works across Data Centres, Life Sciences, and Industrial facilities. He supports the day-to-day coordination of site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers — always with a focus on clear communication, safety, and maintaining project momentum.
Working in live, high-spec environments requires steady leadership and adaptability, and Conor brings both. His ability to align people, resolve challenges, and keep delivery on track is helping us maintain the high standards our clients expect.
